In a world where somebody like Ryan Searle did it by a pretty large margin, absolutely possible. Let's not forget that Baker basically went from nowhere to the top echelon of the BDO circuit in less than 3 years. He's not some Harms-like random doofus who's been stagnant for a long time.

Wattimena averaging 95.35 across his 4 matches, always in 93-96 range. Good to see him pick up straight away. Last saw him in the Anderson agony match at the Worlds.
