Even if you are a cunt, you are our cunt.
It's with 'the authorities' now regarding the supposedly fake prizes, it's not my fault Stephen Bunting didn't accept his darts in the first giveaway, and the PS4 giveaway is still running so they'll look silly when I give one away.

Maybe I should contact 'the authorities' about the prize you didn't get.

How much can you lift on the machines? *snigger*
I only use a couple of the machines, I do 45 (I think) on the seated chest press, and 40-45 on the lat pulldown.

But you can be strong young child, remember to always apply progressive overload, the plates will stack up if you lift properly, eat enough and rest at least 72 hours between hitting the same muscle groups.

I don't know what any of that means. I'm getting quicker at running 3km though.

Go Dave, wot the Golden Arrrow is trying to say is, you must load up your dumbells with a decent weight, say 20kg and do rep's until you can no longer raise the dumbell and it hurts like hell.
Remember - NO PAIN, NO GAIN.
It's as simple as that.
Next day, do it all over again.
Within a month you'll be off down the pub flexing your guns, and punching those mother fucker Skinsheads faces in! Who had previously kicked sand in your face.

That's not what I mean dOg.

For starters 20kg is very light.

For your main course, progressive overload just means adding a plate or two extra each time you go to the gym, or doing more reps than last time at the same weight.

And for your afters, woooooof!

Don't listen to him Dave, you will never get to look like Arnie unless you pump big weights.
Like I say, with your twig like arms you should start with 20kg dumbells, dumbells are better than a bar. After 2 weeks using 20kg you can step it up to 30kg, then 40kg, 50kg.
Those skinhead fucks down the pub are in for trouble.
No Pain, no gain.

doG, you have terrible advice, the biggest muscle builders are the compound lifts, and the three best compound lifts are:

Deadlift
Squat
Bench press

All three use a barbell, barbells are miles better for overall muscle growth, especially for beginners, as it brings more muscles into play at any one time, shocking the body and forcing it to release the most anabolics. Dumbells are good too but only after the massive lifts and to prevent lopsided strength, but more for intermediates and advanced lifters.

Stick to your fields of expertise - bones, flee sprays, how to suck off Maoris, current kids favourite sweets etc...
