Best of 7 16 games a day only 1 more than currently
Top 2 go thru

Then Thursday have crowd in last 16 best of 11
Friday last 8 best of 17 legs
Saturday semi best of 17 final best of 25

Totally agree with you. Find a way to keep all the sessions and all the players involved while having your own stamp on the tournament
