Well everyone were on hols and today i find that our house is on the Stars of darts, forum, our accounts are on the stars of darts forums , i am really distraught ....
theyve used an old picture without the fabulous new walls ive had built that really does enhance our fortress.
Dissapointed is an understatement.
Theyve not found all the other fabulous properties we own and havent put them up.
Still they want transparency on their forum yet post under alias names scewball, zap branigan,
gary murphy [justincredible,) London Eye(Priestly) Darts facts(Priestly again,)
So i find out that on the 18th May there was a LAW passed on Data Protection DPR and the moderators of this forum have let these people post my personal information on a social media forum without my permission. WHOOOOPS...#GIVETHEMENOUGHROPE...

These are the same address details that are plastered all over the BDO FB sycophant groups already from the letter that is doing the rounds, and the same people who "outed" JC.

Cry me a fucking river.

Not only did they post pictures of J.C, but they also posted pictures of J.C's wife and brother, who had done fuck all to them. Complete hypocrites.

Chizzy's manager wants to become BDO chairman apparently. Could it be Uncle Roger?

"Thanks" to devo over the road, this is poor old TT's latest essay on facebook. No thanks. The AGM is on Sunday.
The only debates we seem to be able to be involved in concerning the BDO has been on social media. I know the BDO directors hate social media, and quite obviously with the information revealed at the May meeting, on how the company has been run, no wonder they do not like it.

We now come to the most important meeting in the history of the company, in a few days’ time, and once again, we see conflicting information/rumour abound. We see some of the posts quite blatantly on the friends scenario, rather than the big picture of where are we going with the future of the company.

At this time we can only speculate, make an educated guess as to some of the things that are going on, however even the dimmest of people can come to the conclusion that nothing is going on and everything is above board. My view is once again the board are manipulating the whole situation to remain at a status quo, where the obvious mis-management of the company continues.

Last year both myself and Tony Martin put in bonafide proposal to the AGM on 31st May, 2017. The board of directors not for the first time changed the ruling to say that the County where the proposals came from, had to send a copy of the minutes of the meeting where that county discussed the proposal they wished to send into the BDO AGM, and who was in attendance at said meeting. This ruling had never applied previously in 40 odd years of the BDO, but that is the ruling they changed it to, my opinion was to try and prevent counties sending in changes. So 67 days before the AGM meeting both Tony and my proposal were into the BDO and accepted. Both of us sent out the proposals to all the counties immediately and I put mine on both BDO fanatics social media sites, and it also appeared on The Stars of Darts site. We come to the day of the meeting and just when we thought it was to be addressed on the agenda, Sue told the meeting that they had had legal advice that both these proposals were against the law and as such would not be heard, end of, then closed meeting. 67 days the BDO had an opportunity of informing not only Tony and myself but the other members who had discussed both our proposals and been mandated to vote on them, which ever way. No word to either myself or Tony during the meeting, that was going to happen, or no copy of said illegal clarification from solicitors, just we have been advised. Then the following May meeting it was revealed that contrary to the fact that they had had legal advice, it was revealed it wasn’t legal advice, nor was it from a solicitor. They just engineered a course of action they wanted to prevent a legitimate members right, if that is not worrying to all the members, I really don’t know what is.

Reading the situation at the present, there are rumours that the proposal for Roger, has not followed the correct procedures as laid out in the rules the directors put in place. I don’t know, but it seems quite likely that this could be the case, otherwise why was there a delay of 5 days announcing who had been nominated to the position vacant on the BDO Board. I have no wish whatsoever to get involved in any Counties internal matters, however there is a set of rules which apply or should I say “should” apply to all members and dare I say it the current board of directors, when we allow self-interest to override, this situation, then time to dissolve the company.

We are now less than 6 days away from the meeting, and good or bad we have only one nominees proposal to consider, simple yes/no. Again being very suspicious of the current situation, why has the other candidate not forwarded his proposals, surely if we are to believe that there was nothing untoward about his nomination, he would have had a CV/plan for the company all ready to go along with his nomination, I don’t think it is unreasonable, after all both myself and Tony did exactly that, in fact I sent mine out a few months previously so that people could make suggestions to maybe improve it before it had to meet the deadline.

I am hearing again rumour that we are to see his proposal tomorrow, seriously that means just 5 days before the meeting and an obvious opportunity to study the alternative proposals from Des, and tweak them to get the popular vote. Why didn’t the BDO board insist that his CV was sent in on 22nd July, 2018, after all this is the future of the company we are discussing?
If you tender for a job, your tender has to be in simultaneously as all the others, you don’t get a chance to see your rival’s bids, and then have a window of opportunity to change yours, to get the contract.
It is all too iffy for me; it seems like not for the first time the membership is being treated with complete contempt. The once proud name of the BDO and what it stood for has completely been trashed by under-handed and unscrupulous behind the scenes manipulations, from a board of directors so desperate to cling on to power that nothing is beyond them.

I am aware that only a few people are on this forum, but at least it is an opportunity to express, what is my view and a view based on first hand evidence of what has been occurring over the past few years. I am not so naïve, to believe that some delegates haven’t got vested interests in the present board, or perhaps their surrogates remaining in power, but if this whole issue isn’t ringing alarm bells, then perhaps the BDO is not recoverable, nor does it deserve to be.

TT

He's alleging that Sue Williams essentially lied to the members by inventing fake "legal advice" when she blocked his agenda proposal at last year's meetings, that Roger Schena is some sort of strawman candidate to get people to vote for not-Des, and that Schena's candicacy hasn't even followed the required rules.

He's probably right about the middle part, although even he doesn't quite seem to know who Schena is fronting for, not necessarily the Williamses.
