The kind of demise the expanded Worlds field will probably make less likely in the future. At least Hamilton still would have qualified the next year, Newton would have missed even then.

In my opinion was two and three quarter pages too long. The biggest laugh was doubling the amount of people with their noses in the trough.

An international tour for under-18 youth players, with a ranking table. Does he actually expect more than a handful of such players to travel? "This would encourage the youth to play for something all year round" - yes, ranking points. How's that working out as an incentive at the adult level? And what's in it for the BDO if it was to create such a youth tour? It would "give our code more stability and with that worldwide recognition." Oh, but of course.

According to Dartsdatabase, he's 8th in the BDO rankings, not including the cool 24 ranking points he gains for this. There's another jobberfest in Switzerland tomorrow, I guess he'll be there, mopping up the vomit hopefully
