You were fortunate that the Ferrari was a monster of a car that year. Kimi hasn't been the same since Michelin left the sport in 06.daveboygreen wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:11 pmRaikkonen E/W paying 3 places to win the world championship....And he finished 3rdsennafan24 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:09 pmWhat was your F1 bet a few years back?daveboygreen wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:09 pmIndeed!!sennafan24 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:02 pmdaveboygreen wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 8:40 pm Some will question why I post on here in that case, Well believe it or not im mentally stable enough to cope with shite being thrown at me and can laugh it off or give it back and im certainly one who has had more than their fair share of shite thrown at them on forumland.
When he could be arsed, Kimi was the best driver on the grid, Complacency kicked in and he lost his touch and bravery and perhaps didn't want to risk that big fat pay cheque at the end of the day at Ferrari, He was always smart enough to know when he had a good car and when he didn't, His time at Lotus was probably his best in F1 at out performing his team and cars ability apart from the start of his career but should he continue next season when it will be more of a level playing field I just feel he has that one more great race in him before he quits.sennafan24 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:13 pmYou were fortunate that the Ferrari was a monster of a car that year. You being the degenerate gambler that you are should know that if you fish around and spend a few quid in places you will get bets taken for more than Skybet and others will acceptCooking with Sanchez wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:31 pmCheers.

Won a race for Lotus and a couple of podiums though didn't he when the whole of F1 predicted they would not get 1 podium all season between him and Grosjeansennafan24 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:32 pmThe Lotus engineers were not convinced by his performances apparently.daveboygreen wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:28 pm

I agree he was the best on the grid between 03 and 06.
