IMO the best team on the night won, I agree with sir Alex Utd didn't get going and let Barca's midfield run the game
I know Messi got man of the match but for me I think Xavi was my man of the match amazing ability to find team mates 99% of the time.
If I was a Utd fan I wouldn't be to downhearted it's not like there not going to get the chance to have another go at it.
Yeh it always stings when you lose a final but the future is still bright for the men from Manchester.

Will be interesting to see whom Fergie has lined up for a move to OT plenty of rumours but nothing concerete yet. I have no doubt they will be going from strength to strength just hope Liverpool can get a bit closer to em next season, I have faith in Kenny.

I just thought he was rubbing salt in the wounds by mentioning the fact that the future is bright for United's noisy neighbours.

Nah mate I honestly think Citeh will come good but not for a while yet.
Utd and Lfc both have a club which is like a family all in it together they built from the basics installed a believe and made it happen, Citeh just seem to spend more and think that will make em champions without a Jose or someone similar I don't think it will happen for them yet.

I'm not so sure (maybe wishful thinking) but everytime I listen to Bob the Manc these days he seems to be talking in terms of keeping the team he has together and making them play for each other which is what we need. The interviews with Hart, Richards & Mario after the cup final said a lot to me. I just hope he doesn't go bringing in loads more players and gives the ones who have made slow starts (Balotelli, Kolarov, Dzeko & Milner for example) the chance to prove themselves. Of course, if we aren't 10 points clear and undefeated at Xmas then sack the bastard & go and get Jose.

It defo needs time to get knitted together as a team, Just Citeh have some players which don't look to me like team players I think a few more grafters instead of premadonnas are required and not so much I call it Abramovich approach if they don't win everything now sack the manager and buy another premadonna.
