The Modus Super Series Thread: Featuring Riddler Singleton's Inner Monologues
Since the super series have started they’ve left the live chat open during the games, it is funny to see the meltdown from people crying out with claims it’s fixed as one jobber who played well yesterday is playing dogshit today
Bit of bonus trivia for you all, the player with the longest losing streak in the modus muck is Aaron Turner, with a mighty 17 defeats in a row

So I just read that the regular week champions are receiving £5k now (was £2k before the relaunch, I believe). Decent money, fair play, nearly on par with the £6k the full phase champions were previously getting.
That's about a third of that £1m annual prize fund accounted for, I guess, 48x £5k regular winners and 4x £20k overall phase champions.

BTW, has Tommy Thompson sent a War and Peace message about the newly buffed Super Series yet? His letter back in June where he was treating the fucking ADC as the big new threat to the WDF system is even more hilarious in hindsight.

Decided to take a look at which players (and how many) they're re-inviting within a phase now that they last 12 weeks. Through the current week 8, with the previous result listed:
Week 6 Paul Hogan Week 2 Group B 3rd, Final group stage
Week 7 David Pallett Week 1 Group A 1st, Final runner-up
Nick Kenny Week 1 Group B 4th
Jarred Cole Week 2 Group A 4th, Group C 1st, Final 4th place
Week 8 Scott Walters Week 2 Group A 1st, Final group stage
Conan Whitehead Week 2 Group A 5th, Group C 2nd, Final 3rd place
Ryan Furness Week 3 Group B 3rd, Final 4th place
So Kenny's the only one so far with a second invite after an unsuccessful first appearance. Also, everybody that has come back has only received a direct Group B/C invite for their second time (Group A players get to double-dip in trying to make the final day, and probably also earn more cash for playing more days), wonder if they'll keep that up.

Ask your hero Edgar TV
He can ask his true hero Jason when he ends up in the muck next year.
He'd absolutely be piss poor in it
Agreed
Should've won this game, but if he can be arsed he would batter everyone who doesn't have a tour card, class is permanent and i'm not even taking the piss, just needs his confidence back
