If it's live will be a bloody long night for someone. Eurosport don't pay for events if I remember correctly so it will be the stream on a pay for platform

Think they will actually manage to get most of the men's last 16 on TV then. 4 hours scheduled on ES, and they shouldn't need much more than that for 8 games. Sounds like the women will get punted into the untelevised hours though.

British Darts Organisation is back on Eurosport

The Winmau World Masters 2017 is to be broadcast live and exclusive in the UK by Eurosport on Eurosport 1 and internationally on Winmau TV

The finest British Darts Organisation players will be taking to the stage at the Bridlington Spa on the 26th and 27th September 2017 to compete in the 44th Winmau World Masters. The atmosphere will be electric but if you can’t make it in person Eurosport will be broadcasting the event live on Tuesday the 26th September at 6pm and on Wednesday the 27th September at 5 pm and on both days until the last dart is thrown, bringing the last 16 men and the last 4 ladies to you live.

Will this have actual presenters then, or just a basic feed of the stream and nothing else? Eurosport won't be accepting anything as scabby as what Frontrunner served up will they.

In fairness, the Trophy on Front Runner was miles better than the Masters coverage on ES in 2015 or on Premier Sports last year.

The biggest problem might be that they always seem to need one day to get it (more or less) right, and this time they only have two days total. :)

I'm guessing the commentary will be John Gwynne plus fill-ins as usual.
