This qualifier is strong on paper but it's packed with Q-School failures, chokers and jobbers
I'm with Malt. Monday has plenty of players who've just had bad years or were good enough to actually get through Q-School. Even if both are jobberific.
If Hendriks wins this, there's no chance Hopp makes it on Monday and vice versa

PDPA qualifier is for 3 spots though. So realistically you have to compare this qualifier with a random 1/3rd of the PDPADeepFriedRat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 26, 2022 6:02 pm This qualifier is strong on paper but it's packed with Q-School failures, chokers and jobbers

Re: 2023 Greatest Show on Earth
The non tour card holders in this have some decent players like Plaisier , Van Veen, Kist, Baetans etc but none of them are better players than Joyce, White, Murnan, Lennon etc.
In a whole year on the tour i would expect all of them names i mentioned to have a yearly average of between 86-90, with the exception of Van Veen as I expect him to continue improving.
I don't think it's an outrageous opinion

Re: 2023 Greatest Show on Earth
The likes of Plaisier, Klaasen, Veenstra, Landman, Baetens etc are all extremely inconsistent
Easily top 64 worthy but also wouldn't surprise you if they flopped again in January.
I'd be shocked if Van Veen didn't get a tour card soon. He looks the real deal.

Axe Hopp. Terrible terrible terrible. He had a day average of 90.31 from 6 previous wins which was entirely reasonable.
