Waited for a break in the rain then took Ruby out, makes us appreciate a warm dry house

Some evil aberrant rapscallion has scratched just above the eye of my goatdog. Goating vet in the morning for a huge bill no doubt. Can't see the wee beauty hurt mind.

A cat caused the damage. Have to give the sucker two pills a day for 2 weeks.

Do you guys put jackets on your hounds during the winter when you take them for walkies ?

Course not. Betty bought one for Ruby three years back and Ruby hated it

yes....only on the collie.
Bought an hi viz insulated one for 49 quid about a year and a half ago.

Cos the collie is going on 12 years old, and has bad arthritis , so this cold weather is hard on him.
The shepherd dont need one as he is young and runs around

the frost and ice of last night never melted today, and when I went for my walkk...I mean drag, I was lucky I was not killed,
was as low as -5 last night and tonight is expected to be even colder, just above freezing here at the moment
