Oche hates him because he belittled the WDF. The rest dislike him because he's a bit of a tit.

Welcome to the forum

That's a fair comment. It doesn't make it right at all but it could be the PDC's line of thinking
PDC's line of thinking is more likely ££££££££££££££££££

That is also a part of it. But they have to justify it.

Fucking load of crap that. No one is going to bother watching that shite

I clicked the link to read the comments. One comment only: "Running it like boxing. Who is a bigger draw."

I actually clicked on it after all, from half way through and all 3 on the screen said the timing was wrong which resulted in the backlash for Fallon.

A clip was shown of Porter from last month saying a couple of Asian players might have Visa issues (hahaha) and some things are in place should this happen which we can't yet say.

‐--------------------------------------------

Fuck off Porter. There is no need for anything other than giving extra spots to the PDPA qualifiers to get the required 96 players.

Also as mentioned, a 1st round loser receives £7.5k which goes a long way to determining whether you retain or lose your tour card.

All 3 women are guaranteed £7.5k which is great for them. But yet again this is their reward for losing.

Why not have all 128 tour card holders in the pdc world Championship? Don't know how they'd schedule it, but it would be a fairer way and reward those playing the tour all year.

Cos it would have to start in November, or have 2 boards.

96 players is the absolute maximum surely?

I know Hobo. I get a feeling the basement players are pissed off with what's going on and wondering if it's all worth it. Still, they have the option of Modus should they lose their card if they ever get that call. Being a tour card holder is a right chore at the best of times, with many having the piss taken out of them on here. Olly knew...

There's no point having a TC unless you can get in the Top 64 after 2 years.

That's For British players. Anyone relocating from overseas needs to be top 32 or they're going to be losing money over the 2 years.

Not sure about this, while it's frustrating to see one player get favourable treatment, ultimately, the rank and file have plenty of opportunities from the ProTour and PDPA/international qualifiers to get through, if you can't make your way through that, you can't blame Fallon! Would rather have seen some more far-flung qualifier, someone who can't just rock up to Wigan and Barnsley every week in her place

There is a tournament which is specifically designed to be accessible for all tour card holders, it's called the UK Open. In any case, the Players has (almost) half of all tour card holders, and the Worlds has quite a bit more than half, I'm pretty content with the format for all the TV events (minus the Grand Slam of course!)
