Oh undoubtedly they are serious charges. What he was convicted of or pled to we don't know though. They are from 2015 in Tasmania and definitely what was causing the visa issues when he had a Tour Card.

The arrest warrant stuff that went around later was to do with driving offences in Victoria around 2019. They are also listed on the site but there's even less details there as to what they were.

I hope he has turned his life around since then and can focus on getting back to where he was in darts.

So after trying to sift through the legal bollocks while confusing myself by seeing cadbys middle name as george and then reading the first charge as cadby stole cigs from himself, some highlights:

Bought a car under a false name.

Stole cigs using that car.

Left said cigs in car for police to find when they found the car.



Next day stole more cigs from somewhere else, but this time took the whole cabinet too.



2 weeks later broke into some guys house, ransacked the place, stole various items and finished by stealing his car.

Ran from the police when he saw them later.

Police chased him in the stolen car but somehow escapes.

Then crashes the car so bad it catches fire.




Next day breaks into a different guys house, broke into his gun safe, stole 4 guns, then stole his car and his work tools.

When questioned, cadby said "dunno nothing about it"



The next day, breaks into ANOTHER guys house, steals his wallet which has both his card and a note of his pin inside.

Stole more than 15 thousand dollars by using it. (What the fuuuuck).

When questioned, denied ever being in the bank, despite the recipets from the atm using the stolen card being still in cadbys wallet when he was searched



Guilty on all these charges

Cadby has been known to the police since he was 12/13.



Conclusion:

Cadby is far worse than even I expected. Stealing multiple cars, guns, could have killed multiple people with his police chase and the awful crash. And of course, he stole 15k for fucks sake!

Also his being known since 12/13 is no shock. Started as sprog scum, never grew out of it.

Cadby will never get a visa, and the pdc are idiots for letting him even try for a card if they knew these details. There is no defending this sort of stuff.
