Agreed. No clue why Mardle's said that about Dimitri. If he's still done nothing in 5 years, then yeah.

That's more like it! Highest checkout of the tournament so far, a lovely 160 from the Thorn.

Still can't believe that Gibraltar shambles happened really. Those last 3 legs of his are probably the best Thornton's played in years.

Considering Aspinall was useless at 25 and now looks a top 10 exciting player, stupid to write off dvdb at 25. But Mardle is stupid, so no surprise.

Good to see a couple of old stalwarts win in majors for the first time in a while. Lewis and Thornton have tougher matches to come now though.

For me, that and the Noppert/Harrington match were the best two of the day, somehow. Thornton was throwing way too quickly, but who cares, Dimitri lost so I'm happy. A good game to round off an average night at best.

Enjoyed O'Connor's game, was all downhill from there. Can't be any worse tomorrow, surely

Mardle proving again why he's a twat usual crap had the sound off most of the night not just him but the sycophantic way they big up the women and the BDO players. Dimitri is a kid darting terms as far as smith is concerned he should be delivering not choking.

my computer crapped out during the mvg match. shouldn't have fucked with the pentagram. lesson learned.
see that adran lewis and Robert thornton, during my absence, caused widespread destruction to my point accumulation in the comp.
good thing it's still in the group stage, but they'll pay. Oh, they'll pay.

Looks like he changes his throw when he uses those type of darts to try to get them to stack. Someone needs to tell him he is not Taylor and never will be.

Feel sorry for the poor bastards who have paid good money to watch epic encounters such as Ross Smith v Williams, Lennon v Harms, Webster v Parletti, Hughes v Ashton, Noppert v Warren & Dolan v Veenstra tomorrow.

Just caught up with this, judging by his reaction I am quite convinced Willie is on the spectrum.

He also gets '4x Premier League Participant' during the PL.
