Surely they'd sooner win the much bigger prize money in a televised tournament playing the best of both codes rather than an interchangeable leisure centre event which gains them nothing barring the £5k first prize.

So again I'm reading Uncle Barry's starving the PDC players whilst there's less proper cash for the BDO jobbers to go after

Deliberate blindness is what I'm reading.

BDO event goes down, PDC to blame. You really couldn't make this shit up

Why are we even arguing about a PDC floor comp and the WDT/IDL as if they were mutually exclusive? During the time the IDL would be held in 2008 there wasn't even a floor comp or anything going on in the PDC. (Except UK Open pub qualifiers, but that wouldn't affect the PDC top). WDT might have conflicted with a PDC Open, but even so they could've probably arranged something well in advance.

There you are then, it was either nothing or a chance to win 30k/45k Euros. I know which one the players would have sooner picked.

Ginge wrote:#1 - Mitchell beats Anderson 1-0 (legs) in a match played on the radio in January 2015 where Anderson under declared a score
#2 - Adams beats Lewis at an exbo at a strip club in Essex in early September 2011 by two legs in a game where Lewis attempted to check out 150 by going for the bull three times, and won a repeat game between the two 10 days later in Wolverhampton.
#3 - Adams beat Taylor in the final of the 1999 Scania Open, a BDO major event
#4 - Hankey beats Taylor 5-4 in the group stages of the 2010 GSoD, in an event where Taylor was tinkering with glasses
#5 - Phillips beats Lewis 5-2 at the same event as #4
#6 - Lee Mack & Harris beating Tim Vine and Fitton in the final of Darts for Comic Relief, a BDO major event.

Any additions to the list gratefully received

no longer deemed important now I guess, seeing as Ando has beaten Jonbber Mitchell on the radio.

Fakewade, Fanny etc will simply either ignoire the result or now claim it dont matter.

Taylor had just had a wisdom tooth removed.
Is that true about the tooth? Does it cast a shadow over Twitlock's finest hour?

His finest hour would’ve been winning the Euros, or battering MVG, surely?

Those or even a couple of other things like lakey final or winning the World Cup. I get excited about Taylor losses, forgive me.
