Well the main English parties were falling over themselves to tell us how important Scotland and the union was during that referendum. If Scotland are in the union then this result is always possible. Its no more farcical than a Labour government propped up by Scottish Labour MPs or MPs for Scottish constituencies being Prime Minister of Britain.

I'd suggest not. If there were a proper English Republican Party, I would vote for them (i.e. not a UKIP/BNP/EDL lot).

If a union of countries with some common laws and a common currency is such a hateful thing, why do those who hate it support the Union? It's just a micro version of the EU. All we're missing is an English parliament and then Westminster effectively becomes Strasbourg.

I wish the Scots had voted yes, we could hand the Six Counties back where they belong and demolish the Severn Bridge. Once that's done, send the lads in to Buck House and raze the fucking lot with all the sons and daughters of sponging immigrants inside.
