Back, biceps and sack day today, like a bodybuilding version of the back, sack and crack waxing combination.

Back:
Lat pulldown 3x10
Horizontal row 3x10
Yates row 3x10

Biceps
Preacher curls 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10
Reverse grip curls 3 x10

Sack
Kegel exercises 5x20 high volume
Pelvic floor exercises 5x20 high volume

Double what? I only posted reps and sets, not the most important part which is the weight, so shows you know fuck all. I mix in higher volume and deload days to pump each type of muscle fibres, today was a power workout.

Proof dOg can't read properly, I would use more reps and sets if using lighter weights, when using heavier weights you don't do high volume you thick cunt else you'll increase the chance of injury.
