North Macedonia - Financial reasons
Romania - Not approved in 2024 haven't entered since
Slovakia - Budget cuts
Turkey - 2013 they withdraw in protest of rules, haven't bothered to return since
Belarus - Banned due to supporting Russia
Russia - Banned due to Ukraine war
Lebanon - Was going to enter in 2005 but withdraw due to Israel, not been asked since
