The post, which has received more than 300 shares, stated that Cadby had failed to appear at Werribee Magistrates Court on September 24 in relation to ‘traffic and other related matters.’
Cadby, however, insists he has already attended court since the date of the original hearing, posting on Facebook: ‘Cheers for the heads up, I appreciate it.
‘But for the people who are interested about what you’re seeing, with everything that has been going on, I missed a court date in regards to alleged driving with no licence, which I do have. But I did attend court after the date I missed.’

Have a read through this. Looks like 'Roger Lennon' is still spreading this story around. Interestingly the website he accessed the 93 charges on has disappeared, but those kind of sites just show the basic details of charges and court dates. I find it impossible to believe that site said that Cadby was convicted of robbing an 83 year old of $3000 or assaulting someone in a wheelchair.

'Roger' must have other knowledge of Cadby, or he may just be completely full of shit.
