There's a quiz on Sporcle with all 197 countries in the world as of now, I often get all of them and I do it like once a month.
I struggle more with capitals, usually get only 120 at most.

The only few ones I'm not sure of where they belong are Israel (Europe or Asia?), Azerbaijan/Georgia/Armenia (Europe or Asia again?)... that's all. Not even Maldives as a potential African country, or Seychelles the other way around.
