Good, he didn't deserve the spot in the first place and I heard he hasn't picked up a dart in months either side of the Home Tour and that he has left his manufacturer (Unicorn I think). After his delayed and almost seemingly reluctant start to the year he had I wouldn't be surprised if he packed it in as far as being on the tour goes and just reverts to playing locally and having a crack at World Series and World Champs from that avenue.

Shame because I always thought he'd achieve more

Same but I don't think he copes with being away from family, at least not when "only" at the level he has reached. He as likely only a couple of missed doubles away from getting into the Premier League a few years back, that could have changed everything and he seems to have never recovered from it.

Absolutely brilliant, no flights from the UK to Hildesheim, and now Austria on the quarantine list, absolutely fantastic signs that these events are going ahead

Unfortunately only way things are going to be played are in a behind closed doors environment in the UK.

PL or non Ranking events are only things u can play aswell as non UK based players most likely cant afford to sit in a hotel for 14 days to quarantine.

Very very shit times for darts the next few months

ITV are going to be doing the World Series Finals remotely, presentation and commentary will both be done in London and not Salzburg.

Good that Ratajski replaces him though.
