Wright wins the series if he wins the final. He's not in urgent need of a Grand Slam spot, probably, but still. Twould be one up on MVG who'd been giving it the big un.

It isn't the highest, amazingly.

Devon Petersen's 113.47 average is the second highest losing average in Players Championship events.

Seeing as we might be down a few events, I wonder if they'll go down the list for the Grand Slam place? Wade is the highest ranked not qualified already

Only guesswork but I can't see them going down the list. It was quite an odd scenario to start with. We have Asp the home tour champ in. Very interested to see what does happen with our old pal the Slam...

What? Aspinall is in because of that little playaround at home?

I imagine the media will be all over this like they were when Price was provisional #2 in the world?

According to Edgar TV, a least 1 person has got a DRA fine due to their actions in the Summer Series.
One of the many members of the "get Chris Mason off comentary" institution.

It was great just to have competitive darts to watch.
Good to see the likes of de Sousa, ratty and Kleermaker throwing some decent darts,
And encouraging to see that the lower tour card holders are not scared of the big boys.
Really looking forward to the matchplay...
