Well what I can see happening is one day he will get a hiding and the confidence slapped out of him for acting like he does to the wrong person or someone gives him a hiding on the board...He kicks off and still gets the shit smacked out of him.....Either way....The kid is gliding for a hiding!!The Thorn wrote: ↑Thu Jul 11, 2019 7:40 pm The kid is a bit of a prick, which is a shame. Can kinda cope with the likes of Price and Cadby, as it can be funny. But seeing a 13 year old do that is just a bit sad. Of course he can change a lot still but you gotta think of his opponents.
From that angle though, the likes of Price aren't too great role models though. I have little issue with him being himself, but seeing every second young player turn out like this is just disappointing. Just as we don't want robots, we don't want half the players being insufferable and disrespectful cunts either.

Even I think that was too much from the little prat. What was this a round robin match? Not even into the qrtrs so what in the hell is he getting all amped up about? He needs to learn some perspective and manners. Nothing wrong with the intensity or a little celebration but directing it directly at your opponent in a floor event is just stupid and childish.
He needs to get playing with the adults on the Pro Circuit take some lumps, earn his due a bit. Not everything you shoot is an exbo were the punters pay the price of admission to see him act the prat.

100% needs a pasting on the board, else he will get one IRL. None of the players in the pdc are anywhere the level of pond scum this muppet is. He will be ostracized on the tour with that attitude.daveboygreen wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2019 1:51 amWell what I can see happening is one day he will get a hiding and the confidence slapped out of him for acting like he does to the wrong person or someone gives him a hiding on the board...He kicks off and still gets the shit smacked out of him.....Either way....The kid is gliding for a hiding!!The Thorn wrote: ↑Thu Jul 11, 2019 7:40 pm The kid is a bit of a prick, which is a shame. I hope either he changes changes his attitude, or slips into medicority and when he joins the pdc gets beat every other match, I don't mind which.
I'm not sure I could stand a mouth breather like this version of Bennett becoming a real star, allthough its good to have another player to root squarely against.

Fanny:
i think you will find that they were fine when they were bdo stock, the pdc changed them, lowered their morals, made them think they were superstars and that it was all sex drugs and rock and roll, bigging up celebrity friends, making baywatch promos, foam hands, krispy on the yellow sofa, walk on girls inciting sexual advances, barry hearn milking the cash cow, pdc values warped players minds and turning them into sex monsters, olly may have been a cunt but it was proper darts or no darts

Re: The BDO Appreciation Society - Sponsored by Zeyes
THE BRITISH DARTS ORGANISATION are delighted to announce the signing of a new, Official Partnership with One80 and L-style, bringing together two of the world’s leading brands in darts with Britain’s only recognised governing body in darts. Starting in August 2019, the five-year contract will see the BDO working in tandem with our new partners, committed to broadening our reach, increasing our interest levels and further raising the profile of the BDO, One80 and L-style.
Des Jacklin, Chairman and CEO of the BDO has expressed his enthusiasm at the new partnership; ‘I am delighted that we have signed up for the next 5 years with two exciting companies. One80 have a great quality Dart Board and L-style are now leading the way with a new fresh look to our sport. This also gives the BDO a foot in the door to the Asian Market’.
As part of the newly forged partnership, One80’s Gladiator 3 boards will become the tournament dartboard of choice across all BDO-run events including the BDO British Inter County Championships (BICC), British Open, British Classic and our three televised majors, making One80 the ‘Official Dartboard supplier of the BDO’. In addition, One80 will also become the official apparel partner to the BDO, with exclusive rights to produce dual-branded darts wear. L-style’s innovative and stylish range of accessories will see them become the BDO’s official partner across flights, shafts and barrels.
Director of One80 Europe, David Lewis stated that ‘One80 are excited and honoured to be joining forces with the BDO. Through our partnership we hope to support the BDO in its continuous ventures to preserve the grass root of darts and help future growth’.
Speaking on behalf of L-style, President Tsuyoshi Yamasaki echoed One80’s sentiments; ‘We are thrilled and proud to be entering into an official partnership with the British Darts Organisation. Together, we believe that we can make darts even more exciting’.
As well as providing exposure for One80 and L-style, this venture will give both partners joint sponsorship of the newly named ‘One80-L-style World Masters’ for the next five years, commencing with the 45th World Masters in October this year.

Are the segments suitably enormous on the Gladiator 3? Does the bull share the comical gravitational properties we all came to enjoy?

Not a huge change really. One80 boards are pretty good as well. If they are paying for the Masters it's something at least

Winmau never paid for the Masters towards the end, the 2017 edition made a horrific loss according to the AGM last year and i expect the 2018 edition was no different. The Thorn wrote:Not a huge change really. Simon Brown I go hope that 180 do something about the sharpness of the wires as my wife cut a finger badly enough for the board to be replaced because of the blood on it at the Isle of Man open and I had 3 smaller cuts over the weekend.
They're all here!
