Just flu my friend. Uncle Des is keeping me going.
Your weight loss is very impressive, seriously. Did you have false starts before you got it right?
Not really, lost 11 pounds in the first week and just kept going.
I'm just trying to stay the same now, which is much harder.

Hard work maintaining mine. You don't realise how much I have to eat and drink!

First weigh in for a while.
13'11.
6 stone 1 pound lost in 14 months and more importantly managed to stay about the same for a decent period of time.

Saw an online video where a guy did 100 press ups a day for a month with impressive results.
Me being me in doing 500 a day on top of my regular workout.
100 only takes 30 seconds so should be easy to do way more in reality.

Pretty much ate what I liked over Xmas and only been doing reps of 100 press ups.
Back to the mat was no fun.
