Now you're getting it mate, these are the people HMCR pick on
so you think they're thieves then?
His answer to this will tell us all we need to know.
Technically the answer is yes, but. When the example from the great and the good is line your pockets and nothing else matters who would blame them?

Someone earning £15k a year including say £3k tips would feel the tax effect far more than someone on twenty times that amount that could afford an accountant to fight their case

With all the lead and copper I have stolen this week I had a big weigh in this morning
and treated myself on my 14th birthday to Football manager 2012

Maybe it is but it's still relevant. Sauce for the goose and all that

Ok, let's keep it simple.

I agree all steal are equally scummy be it the high flyer finding tax loopholes or the waitress not declaring gratuities.

I assume we agree on that.

Theft is theft I agree. However, I'm far more sympathetic towards someone doing it to survive than someone doing it out of greed.

Theft is theft regardless of what level and is wrong on any count.
Its that simple.

The perception of the harm to the victim seems to be a consideration but not in the eyes of the law.

as mentioned earlier the government solely through bailing out the banks on the back of the tax payer in this country have completely fucked up the country, not just for those now but for future generations.

You would be hard pressed to meet a person nowdays who does not have some sympathy for people trying to get what they can and screw the government out of what was "legally" screwed out of them.

I see that more as a convenient excuse for scumbags to justify their stealing.

Are you a scumbag if you get caught stealing and a clever fucker if you get away with it?

That will always happen and some people dont need any excuse to fiddle, cheat or steal, however due to the complete fuck upby the government, the recession and cuts all across the board things were never so bad in this country.
Its as bad now as it was in the late 70s and 80 when almost one third of the population had to emigrate, and with emigation not available to everyone now we have people far over qualified doing the most shitty job in order to make ends meet.

Dole has been halved for those under 21, fuel allowances for the sick old and unemployed cut, cost of living sky rocketing, minimum wage slashed,, so much so ordinary decent people with families, homes and bills are feeling the pinch like never before.

Yes it may be against the law but totally understandable to me.

I usually pick a mid table team and I picked Newcastle this time. Still in pre-season but trying to get cheap signings, got Robert Pires on a free.
