Ive got the day off today :)

Think ill tootle into Bakewell being as its market day
and have a look around then perhaps a light lunch in the Devonshire Arms in
Beeley on the Chatsworth estate.
Morning squire, looks like a nice pub.
I shall try and make a clock today.

^^^^^^^ That made me smile!

The pubs really nice but being a little critical it does have real open fires
and depending where you sit can be a little smokey.
The beef wellington is exceptional if on the special board

Morning TT

I spent the whole of yesterday afternoon dealing with HR issues and crying women.

Then got home and had to deal with more crying women (junior section)

Hopefully today I may even get some work done!!!

Nope, you're not allowed to do that any more. You have to sit around for hours and talk about how you feel about stuff, the write it all down in case someone sues you.

Then realise you've wasted the last 3 hours dealing with someone who said something to someone else in a tone of voice she didn't like, so 3 people have done sod all for 3 hours and now have to work late to catch up.

Load of old donkey.

Yep, I hope the person concerned doesn't develop a drink problem, as that will no doubt be my fault and I'll have that on my conscience for the next 12 months while she's off on full pay.
