I was in my early 20s when i got fucked out of the military ( the irish version of the terretorial army) for telling an officer to go fuck himself, another time had a fist fight with the training sargent, got sacked from numerous jobs for having the audacity to have an opinion and took no shit from anyone that dared look down on me.

I have few friends in total, but what friends i do have are like me and take no shit I despise sheep,and you should stop worrying about others that dont matter..

Thats the problem with people, everyone is too quick to take tablets, idiots get drunk and when the normal expected hangover comes its painkillers for their sore head, slightest annoyance and its panadol or whatever, sleeping tablets popped like M&Ms.

A healthy body , one free from unnatural chemicals is a healthy mind as the saying goes.
Get the body right and the mind will follow, it dont have to be a specimen body, just a well adjusted one, sometime a regular sleeping pattern, balanced diet, and recommended exercise is enough, know your own body, as doctors will only use you as a guinea pig
