Just watched two fan movies to do with Lord of the Rings and both were suprisingly good.
The first is 38 mins long and only cost about £3000 and two years to make and is set just before the first Lord of the Rings movie.
The second lasts 71 mins and cost £25,000 to make and took about six years to complete and is set during Aragorn's birth.

Reminds me of the fantastic 4 film that was made but never released just so constantin films could keep the copyright. Bit higher budget mind.

Yes both full movies on you tube. Just fans who made their own but the quality in these two is really good.
The second one was made by a fan who put in her £8000 life savings to make it.

Got good reviews so it probably paid off, a gamble but it seems to have worked.

I watched a Spanish Batman movie yesterday, lets just say not quite the standard of those two. Decent effort though.
