oh what a surprise.
without ever being convicted of anything you wonder why the estate can be forced to pay up.

No doubt he was the ultimate pervert but without a conviction it goes against all legal conventions that I knowDarth Randall wrote:oh what a surprise.

When you actually feel anger over a place like this it's time to get a life

I agree with the criticism mate and it's not before time.
DLT was charged with another offence going back to the 90's earlier which will no doubt be found not guilty

like rats off a sinking ship they will come.
This is so wrong on so many levels.
140 people now claiming to have been abused and not one came forward when he was alive....what a load of shit, a perv might cover up one or two even a half dozen if intelligent enough, but 140....has to be bullshit

Re: The Saville Enquiry
showing a pic of him with OJ is what the are reduced to , in order to sensationalize a story that looks likes the most flimsy proof.
Its beyond a joke, in fact this is quite serious that the prosecution and authorities are getting convictions on very little actual evidence and proof.
I am not saying he innocent completely but no dna, no concrete evidence but a he said she said type of accusation getting people convicted is a worrying thing for the so called justice system.
But why would I be surprised, after all british so called justice has always been corrupt, ask the thousands of Irishmen treated like shit over the decades, my own fathers friend died in a british police cell after being arrested when leaving a bar, a bar where he was the drummer in a band playing in that pub, and then died in an accidental death, dont get me started on the birmingham six, guildford 4 and countless other related incidents.

This is the first conviction under Yewtree and he was found guilty by 12 independent individuals. That will do for me.Justin Credible wrote:

Thats what rhe general public said when innocent irish people were tortured beaten and locked up for years for something they never did.
Now the comparison is obviously different, but the conviction does seem based on very little evidence.
for the record I never liked Max clifford but that should not be a deciding factor when ones freedom and reputation is on the line for a sentence which appears to have been got on little actual evidence.

If there was so little evidence them surely the jury would have "voted" accordingly?Justin Credible wrote:Ginge wrote:This is the first conviction under Yewtree and he was found guilty by 12 independent individuals. That will do for me.Justin Credible wrote:
