I just learned the Dutch team were originally disqualified for this, but then got reinstated.
According to folks it was the officials fault for putting them in the wrong order. Dutch team was leading so they should have been put in the inside lane but GB was put into the inside lane for some reason.
I was feeling a bit sad for Anning after her DQ and she actually had a great run there.
