I was extremely cynical but the evidence for it being genuine is strong.

I was reading that it was. Doesn't look much like him though to me.

He was dead in the picture and was apparently dying of Mercury poisoning anyway due to 19th century medicines which is why he was so gaunt.
He had a scar and a mole which are 100% accurately in position apparently
