French jobber should be deeply ashamed of his performance here utterly embarrassing.

That might be the most pointless world championship match in history. Was there any chance at all Tricole doing anything?

Suppose he'd done the hard work by even getting to play Humphries, but that was merde from Tricole

I want Tibble to be good but it's really not going to happen.

Tricole just looked visibly nervous / uncomfortable throughout both games, it's not like he's completely new to the tv either as he's played in World Cups and in the WDF.. maybe he'd have done better if he was thrown into a Wednesday afternoon session

Surprised he looked so bad against Humphries as I would have thought the weight of expectation would have been lifted. A good year from him nonetheless though, if he gets to a similar position next year, he'll have his tour card secured by then

Won't be able to catch all of tomorrow afternoon's session, but by the time I do tune in, I expect Whitlock will be toast (Azemoto is an unknown quantity, but you'd think Plaisier will have far too much for him). Expect Ilagan to be competitive but for Woodhouse to just have a bit too much firepower for him, and Soutar to come through, really think this new-look Wattimena will beat Wadey tomorrow

Agree with you on all of that. I give Azemoto a set though, Ilagan can probably nick one too. Wattimena is full of confidence and has a great chance

Worlds prize money is so inflated - this is make or break for these low ranked players - might never be back at Ally Pally again
