How comprehensively would one be permitted to spoil one's ballot paper?

It's like a sketch show. Hey Labour, try these ideas on for size, let us know which ones you like.

Don’t you worry mate. I am considering standing in your seat. I am making my decision next week.
What will be your policy?
1) Longer prison sentences for shoplifters.
2) Cheesemaking becomes part of the national curriculum
3) Ensure Chick-fil-a is widespread across the U.K.
4) Every household in the U.K. should be made to have a copy of Nevermind the Bollocks here’s the Sex Pistols album
5) Appoint John Fury as Home secretary
6) Anybody found guilty of being cruel to animals gets publicly flogged as well as a huge fine and possible prison sentence.
7) Appoint James Wade as Foreign secretary.
8) Fine people that drop litter and failure to pick up dog shit £1000
9) Double the price of tobacco products
10) Make voting compulsory ( this can include spoiling the ballot paper.
Other than 5 and 7
Solid efforts
They were just for shits and giggles.
I’d get behind #6

Although he is obviously a cunt he is very active in the area and has done some good locally.
It's just a shame for him his party has completely fucked the country over.

SNP failing to vote to get rid of the bastard who nicked 11k from the taxpayer and then lied and lied to parliament about it. Tribalism at its finest.

Weighing up the options. The fact our PM called the election suddenly hasn’t helped. The money isn’t an issue but I would need to get some leaflets printed. Also I was planning to be away when the election is due although that can be moved.
All banter aside regarding which seat I would possibly be standing in. It was always likely to be the one where I live which would be the Bolsover constituency, however last general election there were 2 independents. Between them they polled 2.1% of the total vote. I don’t really want to stand in a seat with multiple independent candidates. There are neighbouring constituencies I could consider. Possibly one of the Sheffield seats.
I have until June 7th.

I had never heard of him before his nomination but I don't follow Dutch politics very closely.
BBC did a piece on him yesterday.

I'm currently reading about Dennis Skinner, seems a colourful chap.
