The tickets are free with the exception of the booking fee which was if I recall £1 per ticket, No idea if it is more than that now as I aint looked at it for a while.

Just had a quick look and it is 2 quid for next weeks 'Womens week'. Don't see any booking fee.

That is the 'Booking fee'

Further down the line if the Modus continues to grow then surely they will look at charging for tickets and perhaps look at holding it in a bigger venue (Or perhaps a bigger venue for Champions week and weekly finals)

£1 or £2 sold on the basis that it i a booking fee or even if it is now the ticket price is still fuck all to pay to watch live darts and enjoy the finals night action, From what I heard the drink price in the venue are very fair...Even venues I have played at the drink prices seem like outright robbery compared to Modus, One venue I played in until just before lockdown charged non club members between £1 and £1-50 extra per pint.
