The lad in a dress is episode 2 was supremely confident that they'll replace every lost viewer with several more who are interested in trans representation.

Seems like those in charge hate the old viewers and want a new audience. That rarely works.

The ratings are shite too, definitely don't feel like the current series is for me. At least I've got a load of classic series episodes to catch up on. They obviously think the Disney audience will prefer this.

Yeah I've gone back to the start and doing a Series 1 classic re watch. Might watch the current stuff some day.

Bonus Jodie gif to help make up for the recent deficit. It's a custard cream.

Depending on which websites you believe, it may have been her birthday yesterday. Although wiki says June 17th.

Let's celebrate by laughing like fuck at the current show.

How low would the numbers have to go for it to cancelled?
Which would be ironic

Well they are already making the 2025 series, with the same Doctor and companion.

Beyond that I don't know. Perhaps Disney and the BBC are happy with how it's going, I've no idea. The record breaking lows on the BBC are undeniable and it's definitely getting shredded online to whole new levels.

Overnights on BBC1, plus the 7-day consolidated figures which include iplayer views on phones, laptops etc.

Only one of Whiitaker's 31 episodes did worse than any of those in the consolidated figure but but RTD will "save the show" remember hnngg. Justice for Jodie!

In last week's episode, Dot and Bubble, the Doctor helped save a world of people from space slugs and they needed to find a new home. He offered to take them in the Tardis but they refused to go with him because he's black.
