There is a 13 year-old Mongolian player - Tergel Khurelkhuu - topping the tour averages on the Advanced Tour.

It seems from his stats and some game detail that he plays 19s a lot.
At some point Dart Connect needs to shift from 100+/140+/180 to 90+/130+/160+

I mean for the tour stats. 100+/140+/180 are affected for too much by switching to be useful.
