Think Clarke is going to win tonight by knockout. I know Wardley is a big favourite, but for me Clarke at 2/1 is a great bet, as is him to win by knockout at 15/4.

Brilliant fight but a bit harsh on Clarke, he won for me, better shot selection by far. Great heart from them both.

That was some fight that. I think the draw was fair

Both fighters gave it their all

Clarke looked better for me and I think the 115-112 scorecard from foster was fair. A very harsh point deduction for Clarke.

I wasn't keeping a running scorecard, but I think Clarke won narrowly.

I think Wardley would stop him in a rematch though.

I disagree, I think Clarke stops him next time. He will learn more imo. Wardley has better power but he was getting caught with lots of uppercuts. I think Clarke next time will be on his feet more and box on the outside as he was landing the jab at will. That is only Clarke’s 9th pro fight. Wardley showed great heart but he is very limited and I think he has hit his ceiling. I’m not suggesting Clark will be world level but he looked to have a bit more overall than Wardley for me.
There has to be a rematch though.

Wardley buzzed Clarke several times and forced him to back off. He also took Clarke's best punches well, it was really only in the last round where Clarke buzzed him. All this occurred with Wardley having a busted up nose, which no doubt hindered his cardio. Clarke was clearly shattered after the fight. Wardley also has Lee Wylie in his corner, who has an excellent boxing brain.

Thus the most likely outcome imo would be a Wardley stoppage.

We will see who is right then. To say Lee Wylie has an excellent boxing brain, he hasn’t transferred that onto Wardley who apart from having a decent punch and lots of heart, looks very limited.
Whilst Clarke was buzzed by the bigger punching Wardley. Clarke’s punches were more crisper. Look at the damage Clarke’s punches caused to Wardley’s face. Clarke barely had a scratch.

He doesn't have to turn Wardley into the HW Pernell Whittaker.

But he can, and potentially will, give him decent instructions that will help him win a rematch.

One instruction would be to not leave himself wide open for uppercuts. Wardley’s defence is very poor.

I don't disagree.

Great chin and heart though.

Without doubt. For me Frazer looked a
far better overall fighter, but with his excellent amateur pedigree that should be the case.

Nice to see negative hugger haney get beat up and lose his undefeated record, shame crying Ryan Garcia was unprofessional and didn't make Weight meaning he isn't the new champion but still a fun watch.

Seems daft he loses the belt after losing to someone not in his weight class

A big upset. I look forward to watching more of Ryan Garcia.

Haney has ended up keeping his belt after all.
