Whenver I have been in the company of someone who doesn't like their food cooked there always seems to be a deposit of blood after the 1st cut. Must be the cheap places I go to.welsh wrote:Has to be rare mate you wont get blood and chips if you let your steak rest..

Medium to well done. Can't eat it rare, don't want to see any blood on my plate.

It is, steak should be finish in the oven where most of the juice will come out then rested for a couple of minutes before being served, it should also be medium rare AT MOST!D & B wrote:Whenver I have been in the company of someone who doesn't like their food cooked there always seems to be a deposit of blood after the 1st cut.
