Were they fuck Gaz. Peas need no more than two minutes in boiling water and that holds the taste. The longer you cook them the more you lose

Picked up a fresh half shoulder of lamb earlier for £3.60, it had discoloured a bit on the fresh meat bit at Sainsbury so they knocked it out at half price! Idiot people wont buy meat unless it looks like their perfect product, my early years butchering have saved me a fortune.
In the oven now and gonna roast spuds in the juice. Cabbage mixed in the juice, Gravy with juice added and of course peas.
Wont look pretty but it's gonna taste good. And, my little mutt can have the bone
