Will Humphries and perhaps Littler put the current big 4 (Smith, MVG, Wright, Price) in the shade?

Changing of the guard in the sense that Smith and Price will fall back. Think Wright is done, will have his moments but not top 16 player on consistency. MVG will be MVG. Competition, as ever, in the PDC grows which is only going to be a good thing.

There didn't seem to be as much dross in the earlier stages and there were some exceptional games/performances in the latter stages.

I thought Lice was going to dominate for a while a couple of years ago..
It will be interesting to see how Hump reacts to being champion, but Belly, MvG, Krusty, Asp and Ferret are not playing well enough to challenge him at the moment..
