I will be open and honest

- It was done on Thursday 2 weeks ago
- It was in a cyber cafe in Birmingham City Centre (A chain which headquarters are in Hertfordshire)
- I have regretted it since (This is a new low for me)
- I deserve the flak for this
- I was not at work as i was an Annual Holiday
- I am sorry
- I have start a course to help with dealing with anger
