Ireland like in rugby 6 nations.Justin Credible wrote:very few countries could muster 4 players and for ireland it would have to be both the republic and the 2 thirds of a province combined.Wolflanternbumbag wrote:PDC should do a 5 nations. England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Netherlands. 4 players from each nation wouldn't be watered down standard wise. Pairs and singles each country plays each once a table format.
England: Lewis, Taylor, Wade, Smith. Scotland: Anderson, Wright, Thornton, Hendo. Wales: Webster, Lewis, price, Burnett. Ireland: Dolan, Gurney, O'Connor, McGowan. Netherlands: MVG, Barney, Klassen, Vinnie.

The most notable thing in the mvg/taylor game was the lack of aggression from mvg, and clearly his game needs it. Only really got fired up when taylor spurned the bull shot.
Whether it's respect for taylor or as revealed in the interview that they have been practicing together.
How many times has taylor used that trick to diffuse an opponent?

Re: The PDC 2016 UNIBET MASTERS
MvG definitely does look downbeat when he plays Taylor. I think the crowd not being on his side as much as usual, and often less raucous than usual, and the pace of the game being slower than against most players, just don't lend themselves to his usual pumped up attitude. Plus respect for Taylor of course. I think his lack of outward aggression is caused by a whole package of things.Darth Randall wrote:The most notable thing in the mvg/taylor game was the lack of aggression from mvg, and clearly his game needs it. Still, he manages to get the job done more often than not. MvG beat him twice in the PL last year, then in Dubai, then in the GSoD final and again last night. 5 TV wins in a row against Taylor with Taylor chokes galore. Taylor was 9-6 up last night, he was 7-3 up in the GSoD final, and then both times started missing stacks of doubles.

Re: The PDC 2016 UNIBET MASTERS
that was a huge win for MVG, for all his brilliance it does seem at times he fears taylor, and remember this is not the first time taylor threw a game away against MVG
Had taylor won last night or the previous one he had the mental edge, instead, now its taylor on the wane, confidence fucked while mvg is the stronger one, last nights result was huge for taylor especially
