'Forces TV' has been showing classic Doctor Who. Sky 264. Freeview 96. https://www.forces.net/forces-tv

There should be one on right now. Peri's cleavage must be about to show up. +1

Androzani part 4 was just on according to that. Pete empties the milk into her mouth and turns into Colin Baker. I've no sympathy.

Speaking of which, Randy.

38 years ago at this very moment, Colin Baker was airing. His first episode of Doctor Who.

6:40pm. The epic saga of The Twin Dilemma begins.

Followed by Tomorrow's World and then Top of the Pops, featuring Depeche Mode, Shakin' Stevens, Culture Club, UB40, Sade and Lionel Richie. Still a few years to wait for Atomic Kitten.

This piece of television is unforgivable. Possibly the most hated story in the history of the show.

It's a long road back once you have the Doctor attempting to murder his companion, actually wrestling her to the tardis floor by the neck. What were they thinking?

Imagine if on the strength of Caves you'd recommended the show to a friend and they tune in to see this... not ideal really.

To top it all, the final scene is Colin turning smugly to the camera to say: "I am The Doctor... whether you like it or not".

50 years ago today, episode 5 of The Sea Devils. The Master is watching the Clangers. They homage it In the new series where he's watching the Teletubbies.

Easter Sunday, they're back. Or it's just Mickey Mansell. Fire up the videoplus for this masterpiece Randy.
