Imagine all the North American qualifiers will be from the qualifiers they hold just before the event rather than giving tour card holders a wildcard. Whether Smith, Campbell, Baggish and van Dongen (and indeed Lauby, where is he based these days?) are able to get over is another matter. Hopefully as many of them get to play as possible, as there is the potential for a cracking event here

Qualifiers confirmed. Smith, Baggish, Campbell, Van Dongen and 4 more. Open qualifier will be on May 13 at a CDC event. Which is a change from how they have done it in the past, having the qualifiers right before the event over a couple days.

Another change is that the first round of the WS event will be played on Friday, the North American Masters (Worlds qualifier) on the Saturday afternoon, and the US Masters from the quarterfinals onward on the Saturday evening
