Re: Tour card race 2021
Brooks in the provisional cards now. If RJR beats Wade then he is just about guaranteed to complete the top 64 in one year trick.

Re: Tour card race 2021
Brooks' place could have been further solidified by topping the group, but as it is, he either has to beat Price, or win a game against a ProTour qualifier to get into the top 64 and hand the tour card to Rafferty, since his card is already safe, I hope he does it (ideally by beating Price!

If Brooks and Rowby Jane get into the top 64 and boot out Meikle and Mansell then I'm all for itthegentle wrote: ↑Tue Nov 16, 2021 12:30 amBrooks' place could have been further solidified by topping the group, but as it is, he either has to beat Price, or win a game against a ProTour qualifier to get into the top 64 and hand the tour card to Rafferty, since his card is already safe, I hope he does it (ideally by beating Price!)

7.5k extra for Krcmar is crucial for his card hopes as he jumps up to 56th. Waites and Hopp are now in serious danger. Mansell completely fucked.
Out of nowhere, Nick Kenny is one win away from saving his card, thanks to two last chance qualifications in a row.
Beloved Biscuit has likely left it too late, he needs 3 wins to save his card. Not impossible but very very unlikely.

Re: Tour card race 2021
Surely he's safe now, it's nigh on impossible 9 players (possibly more if Duzza/Barney someone else fucks it off) overtake him considering that many of those immediately below can't, and those who can either have to win multiple games, or aren't 'seeded' in round 1. It's a strange one, he's so comfortable yet he hasn't made it via the ProTour on either of his two years on tour, albeit he has made 2 Worlds, a Players, a Euros and a Grand Slam. He has seemed to show a good ability to grind his way through these sorts of qualifiers, even the Euros this year was kind of similar in that regard given that there were only 2 eventsDeepFriedRat wrote: ↑Mon Nov 29, 2021 4:09 pm 7.5k extra for Krcmar is crucial for his card hopes as he jumps up to 56th. Nick Kenny...I don't think I've heard that name all year! Does seem the slimiest way you can keep your card, making it to the second round of the Worlds twice, although fair play to him if he does it

Seems quite simple for Fallon at least. Last 16 = Tour Card. Anything worse = no Tour Card.

If she doesn't then I will throw a fit and claim Q-School is a lottery. Win-win either way.
