Fury v Isyk would be a stinker of a fight in my opinion. The styles won’t gel. Usyk has great footwork and I think he beats any heavyweight not called Tyson Fury. The Gypsy King is great on the inside not something you would expect from a 6 ft 9 inch man, he is also very adaptable. Look at his 3 fights with Wilder. First fight he boxes brilliantly, second fight he fought on the front foot and rag dolled Wilder all over. Third fight, he took a round to suss Wilder out as he adopted a different strategy, then basically took Wilder on at his own game and brawled. Can you imagine the most over hyped fighter the U.K. has had in AJ trying to take Wilder on, he would basically have one game plan and that would be to run for 12 rounds, tbf against Wilder that might be enough.Randall wrote: ↑Sun Oct 10, 2021 9:24 pmBe a more interesting fight than wilder.sennafan24 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 10, 2021 9:22 pmIf anyone has the footwork and skills to do so at HW, it's Usyk.Randall wrote: ↑Sun Oct 10, 2021 9:20 pmClearly usyk has to be get inside and keep his arms free to attack furys body and bring his arms down before he can land with uppercutssennafan24 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 10, 2021 9:10 pmExactly.
I admit that Fury is far better on the inside than Joshua. Joshua's clinch game has always been sub-par.
I'm not sure he is fast enough
Amazing how wrong he managed to get his tactics.
A right hand and not much else

Aye, Joshua isn't known for his mid-fight adjustments. He actually made a few against Usyk in the mid-rounds, but it didn't take long for Usyk to counter-adjust and then outwork him down the stretch as AJ predictably tired.HalloweenJack wrote: ↑Sun Oct 10, 2021 9:47 pm Third fight, he took a round to suss Wilder out as he adopted a different strategy, then basically took Wilder on at his own game and brawled. As exciting as last night's bout was, I don't think it was one of Fury's best performances. He looked sloppier and his conditioning wasn't as strong. I rate his wins over Wlad and the second win over Wilder higher.
I have to credit Fury's punch resistance though. The shot that Wilder caught him with in the 4th round would have easily stopped most heavyweights.

I wouldn’t disagree with any of that. The only other person I could think of who could have taken those shots and then proceed to dominate the contest is DBG, in fact he wouldn’t have even gone down.sennafan24 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 10, 2021 9:53 pmAye, Joshua isn't known for his mid-fight adjustments. DBG was asked to be Fury's next opponent but he's busy preparing for the Bocuse d'Or. Fury breathed a big sigh of relief after hearing the news

Re: Boxing
Your height seems to alter a lot. First you claimed you were 6ft 7 then it was 6ft 6 Now you have grown and are taller than Fury who is 6ft 9
Don’t worry if you don’t want to take Fury on, I’m sure DBG would spark him out first punch he throws
