Verdict on Iceland Harry Ramsdens range
Atlantic cod fillets - 8/10 very very good still not chip shop but very tasty and fish was pure white.
Maris Piper Chips - 5/10 bog standard frozen chip aldi's beef dripping still the best ones
Curry Sauce Pots - 9/10 unreal so much better than the powdered/frozen products out there would be absolutely divine with some chicken nuggets or Mini Fillets

Some of the big name brands are insanely expensive. Like a stumpy little tub for a fiver or something. How nice can it actually be? I'm not into sweet pudding stuff anyway but still.

Yep. The best pudding revelation in this thread is still that double cream you had, ha.tungsten tossers wrote: ↑Tue Jun 08, 2021 5:13 pmI only buy the tubs when they are on offer... £5 for a 500ml tub is insane
I'll be making chocolate truffles some time soon. Butter, double cream and extremely dark choc melted together, left in the fridge for a few hours and then rolled into balls and rolled in cocoa powder. Pop them into cake cases and keep them in the fridge. Very satisfying.
