That's two of them. I make it that there are five in total.
Scott Waites? The GSOD wasn’t a ranking event then, but it is now.

You answered your own question there. Not counting Waites by this criteria.

If Wade could sharpen up on his scoring, he has a great chance of winning the big one.
If he played like he did the weekend just gone, he could be in the thick of it come the World’s this year.
But a long, long way to go yet.
In the last few months Wades scoring has definitely increased. As even his biggest detractors on here will admit, his finishing under pressure is as good as anyone playing the game today and along with MVG he is the best ton plus finisher out there.
I’ll be accused of being biased but with Wades increase in scoring I think he will have a very good year, maybe another one or two tv titles. If he was to win two more I’d obviously hope one would be the worlds and the GSOD for me as he made 3 finals, two of which he should have won.
We shall see.

Total recall of 2003 and absolutely no memory of last winter. That's our Randall.

If anybody wants something to do, make a runner-up version of the list in the opening post and then add it all up.
I doubt if I'll ever have the stamina to do that but it would be interesting to see such a list as we head towards the 100th event.
