A bit shitty as well because he chose to play the qualifier in the first place. If he didn't Gabor Jagicza would have qualified!

Yep

The case being like this weekend Bialecki played the East Europe Qualifier and won and clearly didn't realise Development tour was same weekend. He thinks he can earn more and better chance of Tour Card playing Development Tour so has withdrew from ET meaning there is no East Europe Qualifier now and Mike de Decker benefits as 4th choice from reserve list.
