Corbyn was the leader of the opposition
How does that dictate a preference?
It clearly implies an opposing party.
An opposition to the sitting government
It has no bearing on the views of the person stating his position

I doubt that is what he meant.
Regardless, we both know he's on the wind-up.

You are lying to yourself if you actually think that. Your reactions to me the other night smacked of childish petulance.
Why I dislike Corbyn ( hate is a strong word) is irrelevant.
Ask yourself why he is probably the most unpopular leader of a major political party as far as I can remember.

Even to a bearded, left wing trade union member, he was still the leader of the opposition though.

Try Thatcher she absolutely wrecked the north east for which we are still recovering any one who votes Tory where I live is either Rich or Very Selfish or most probably both.

Mrs T certainly split opinion but she won three general elections. Corbyn would never have won one.
You are from the North East, yet I believe Labour lost a shed load of votes in that region. The Tories won Blyth. Are you telling me you that was all down to Brexit or possibly the fact that Corbyn was perceived as toxic.
